Shipping Policy:
- Please allow 1-3 business days for processing orders! Business days are Monday - Friday and DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Orders are shipped frequently to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner.
Local Orders:
- Please Allow 24-48 hours to receive your order pick up email. Location will be provided in the pick up confirmation email !
Damaged or Lost Packages ?
- Niquole Skincare is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. If your package is lost/damaged please contact USPS as it is now out of our control. If your package says delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office. Niquole Skincare is not responsible.
Returns and exchanges?
- For sanitation reasons, there are absolutely no returns and/or exchanges!

How can I find the status of my order?
- If you would like to know the status of your order, don’t hesitate to reach out via email and we will keep you updated on your order.
My order is missing an item.
- We are not perfect, mistakes do happen. In the event that your order is missing an item, please email us with your name, order number, picture of everything you received and the missing item and we will take care of you. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
I received incorrect items. What should I do?
- Please contact niquoleskincare@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and you will receive further instructions via email. Please provide the order number and picture of the incorrect item received.
Wrong address please help!
- Please email us immediately at Niquoleskincare@gmail.com. If your order has not been shipped, we will be able to change your address for you. Unfortunately, if your item has been shipped there isn’t anything we can do about it. We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address. If your order is sent back to us we will reship your package but you as the customer are responsible for shipping fees.

I ordered the wrong item, what should I do?
- In the event that you ordered the wrong item please email us as soon as possible and we will take care of you. If your order has been already shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
